Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
Jayalakshmi Fertilisers being a manufacturer of pesticides/fertilisers, has the license for sale of pesticide/fertiliser only to dealers. We DO NOT have a license for retail sales. We therefore cannot accept purchase requests from anyone except for dealers who have a retail license from their respective state.
Content
The company has the right to discontinue or modify the shape, appearance or design of the products displayed on this site at its sole discretion with any prior intimidation. the products depicted in this site.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Cancellation:
Orders once placed can be only returned within 90 days beyond which a we will not be accepting returns.
Returns:
If the fertilisers/pesticide hasn’t been sold even after 60 days, you can return the product only within 90 days of the Invoice date beyond which it will be ineligible for return.
Refunds:
A credit note will be issued for any returned item. The same can be used against any future orders.
